  1. “Horses spook from unexpected noises”….ha ha ha….yeah, I can attest to that…*blush*…. or at least they don’t like my ringtones! :)

    Great packing list – I really couldn’t think of anything to add – I do like to have my own fanny pack, but since a lot of places will provide a bag to hang from your saddle horn it’s rarely necessary, and I do like to wear layers that can easily be shed as the day warms up (which is common here in the desert southwest).

    BTW, I LOVE that old photo!
